The Product: Muruceramics products are very individual and unique. They are all hand made and hand decorated. They can only be used as description instruction says at each product. 

Purchase: the customer doesn't posses the product until its fully paid. The customer needs to be +18 years old.

Delivery: Muruceramics are using Royal Mail for all deliveries unless parcels exceed 2kg then it will be posted by a private courier delivery. Delivery time depends how busy post office is at the time. If it's Christmas time please allow extra time for delivery as it usually is a very busy period.
